In this project we had to come up with an idea of what to sell for a food truck. Our group came up with a fresh and unique plan which was to have a penis shaped Spice-kebab that can possibly attract customers who are open minded and likes new experiences. We could choose a different dish next time. Overall, It was a fun project.
In this project we had to choose a product or a brand and talk about the target market and provide ads and images that sell the brand. The students had to research background information such as when it launched and how it gained popularity. It was fun coming up with a image narrative of what the story is trying to tell.

In this project, we had to decide what would be the most profitable food to sell at Galileo’s Food Festival on Friday, October 19. We worked together in small groups and each group choose a food to pitch to the class. Our group decided to do cheapotle. The class then voted on the most desirable and profitable food to sell at the Food Festival. During this project, I learned to work together in teams, become a leader, and gained communication skill.

This project was a Christmas themed launch party. My group mates chose the Main dish as Turducken. The location was downtown, heart of the SOMA district of San Francisco. I selected this project because I remember the time spent with my group mates and the effort we all put into this project. I personally enjoyed this project because I love food! I would maybe change the main dish and try other dishes instead.

This project was an opportunity for students to share where you have traveled, and explore places you wanted to visit. Including details like activities, places to eat, where you will stay, and how you will get around (transportation). I wanted to explore Korea and Greece. Overall, It was a fun realistic project. In this project, our goal for the marketing Campaign was to show how we would advertise our NfTE product/service by creating content and connecting with one of the Williams-Sonoma Brand. We are a social enterprise that focuses on informing the community about the homeless situation. While doing so, we also help the homeless population by providing information, resources and jobs. We are easy, reliable and convenient with all our work. My group decided that Williams Sonoma's kitchen essential fits us the best. Overall, I found this project to be interesting because we had to display advertisement which was fun and really gave us an experience of how it works.

In this project, we needed to find a small store that sells things or clothing. My group decided to interview a retail store called the Cris Consignment. It was expensive but had a nice collection of clothes to look through.
The store was bright and spacious. We found out that it was targeted mostly toward upper class men which explains the prices. It was challenging to interview a person at first but the lady inside was very welcoming and friendly. One thing we could have done differently would be to visit another store. Overall, I loved this project. |

In this project I had to research about a product or service that made a social or environmental impact. I learned many new things about Ben and Jerry while doing this project. Ben & Jerry's began using Fair Trade Certified ingredients in 2005. And also cut its carbon emissions to minimize its impact on global climate change. It was was exciting to read about Ben and Jerry's. I would have researched on other products or services to explore more.

This project was to introduce a fresh idea for our ted talk that evokes an emotion in order to connect with the audience. I chose to talk about defense mechanisms because I thought it was a fun topic that some people may not be aware of. I talk about how we cope with unpleasant emotions. I wanted to talk about the reason behind our actions. It was challenging to pick a topic that will grab the attention of my audience and to think of something they can really connect with. I liked doing this presentation because I personally can relate to all the defense mechanisms.
